Specifically designed for the Wine Industry, New Triple-Action Vent with a 1/2" gasing port. The tank safety vent lets you blanket the head space through a 1/2" gas port; which will enable you to put a positive pressure inert gas blanket right on the surface of the wine. Made from polycarbonate that is fully UV-stabilized, the triple action tank vent provides enhanced protection for stainless steel tanks.
- SEALING: The tank vent automatically seals the tank from ambient air once blanketing, bottling or pumping has ceased.
- PRESSURE RELEASE: The triple action tank safety vent has been designed to relieve pressure from within the tank from approx. .4 to .8psi.
- VACUUM BREAKER: The tank safety vent automatically reduces built up pressure to a safe working vacuum of .2psi.
