- We ship UPS, USPS, and use various international freight shippers such as Bax Global.
- Orders weighing less than 150 lbs will be shipped with UPS Ground or USPS.

- We prefer PayPal online payments but also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, & U.S. Postal Service Money Orders.

- We accept Paypal and Credit Cards.
- We only accepts credit cards that have U.S. billing addresses, as we require billing address and CCV verification in order to accept payment.
- No Cashiers Checks, Certified Checks, C.O.D. orders, Purchase Orders, Personal Checks or Company Checks will be accepted

All transactions on the site are secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption to secure all transactions.
Winegases respects the privacy of all our customers and all purchase information is kept strictly confidential.
Winegases will never sell your information for marketing purposes, nor will we share your information with another company.
Can I finance my purchase through Winegases?
No, Winegases does not offer any financing or deferred payment plans at this time. We may offer this in the future.
Do you sell gift certificates?
We plan to add this feature very soon. When we do, they may be purchased in $50, $100 and $500 increments. Gift Certificate codes will be sent by email only,
and will be sent to your recipient immediately upon order. The Gift Certificate must be purchased AND redeemed online only.
Gift Certificates cannot be used toward telephone orders or on special order items.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders will be delivered to your location within two to five business days via standard ground shipment.
Orders placed online will receive email shipping and tracking information.
If there are delays caused by circumstances beyond freight co. control (weather delays, businesses that are closed, street closings, etc),
the package will be delivered as quickly as possible.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Winegases requires signature on all machines, as well as packages with a total value exceeding $500.
You may request that your delivery signature requirement be waived by entering a special request in the "Comments" section of our order form,
or by making a special request by telephone before the order has shipped. Winegases cannot take responsibility for missing or damaged
packages delivered without a signature at the request of the customer.
What if my order is damaged?
Seller is not responsible for any freight damaged merchandise, however we are available to assist in shipping damage issues.
What is your return policy?
- Our goal is to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a Return Material Authorization.
- If an RMA is issued:
- The Buyer will be responsible for return freight charges, and a 20% restocking charge.
- All goods must be returned in resalable condition, shipped in their original packaging and include all owners manuals, spare parts kits or
other accessories included in the original shipment.
- Welding machines, electronic welding hoods and power tools are returnable on a case by case basis.
- Seller is not responsible for any freight damaged merchandise, however we are available to assist in shipping damage issues.
- All items are returnable within 10 business days of reciept of delivery.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Any problems or concerns that you may have with your order must be reported to Winegases no later than 10
calendar days after receipt of delivery. The number of days will begin with the date of delivery as reported by the freight carrier used by Winegases
to ship your merchandise. All issues reported after 10 calendar days of receipt of delivery will be taken on a case by case basis.
What if my machine is defective?
The customer may contact Winegases about a defect within 10 days of receipt of delivery. The customer will have two choices:
- Take the defective machine to an Authorized Factory Service Facility for warranty repair
- Ship the machine back to Winegases in exchange for a new machine of the same model.
- The customer MUST have a Winegases-issued "Return Goods Authorization" number, the machine must be in original packaging, and
the customer is responsible for any freight charges back to Winegases.
- A new machine will not be shipped until the malfunctioning machine is received and inspected by winegases.
What if my welding machine needs repair?
We will happily provide you with the repair facility nearest you. If you are in the greater Portland, OR area, we can repair your unit for you.
Is there someone I can talk to live?
Yes, winegases's phones are always answered by a live person during normal business hours.

Do you accept International orders?
winegases ships all over the world as shipping methods allow.
Please Note: winegases only accepts Paypal and U.S. billed credit cards (requires both a billing address & CCV code verification in order to accept a credit card).
